Ava is a specialist physiotherapist with unique skills in injury prevention and treatment based at Harley Street.

 

Ava toured both nationally and internationally with Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, Rambert Dance Company and Northern Ballet Theatre. West End Productions include: His Dark Materials (The National Theatre), Mountain Top, Imagine This, Sunset Boulevard and Flashdance. Current clients include Matthew Bourne, The Royal Opera House 2, Sadlers Wells Productions and many freelance Dancers.

 

Ava began her career in the NHS before moving into the private sector to expand and develop her work in occupational health, corporate and private physiotherapy clinics. 14 years ago she nurtured an interest in dance medicine specialising in the prevention treatment and rehabilitation of performance injuries. She has extensive and varied experience of working with professional dancers, actors and musicians.

 

Ava is committed to pursuing her professional development and has attended numerous postgraduate courses, which include Acupuncture, Manipulation, Sports Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates.

 

She is a member of: HPC CSP, AACP, ACPSM, Physio First and Dance UK.
